Vegan treatments offered at hotel spa throughout Veganuary

People ditching animal products for Veganuary this month are invited to discover the range of vegan treatments offered at a boutique hotel and spa in Warwickshire.

Since launching in 2014, around two million people worldwide have taken part in Veganuary – an annual challenge encouraging people to follow a vegan lifestyle in January.

Leamington’s Mallory Court Country House Hotel has pledged to help soothe the soul and nourish the skin for those taking part in the challenge with six vegan treatments at its tranquil Elan spa.

The spa, which has been awarded 5 bubbles from the Good Spa Guide, is offering treatments ranging from facials to massages to help guests find their inner calm to start the New Year, and experience the health benefits each treatment has to offer.

Spa manager Tara James said: “Vegan treatments and cosmetics have really risen in popularity over the years and we are delighted to have a wide range of options across Veganuary.

“Our Vegan treatments contain no animal by-products or animal-derived ingredients and we hope they’ll be a hit throughout the month for people getting involved with the campaign.

“As well as being better for animals and the planet, vegan treatments often have fewer ingredients than non-vegan products, making them ideal for sensitive skin, while they also contain more natural ingredients to help your skin's complexion.”

Tucked amongst the trees in Mallory's glorious grounds on Harbury Lane, the spa provides a peaceful retreat to help guests relieve stress in stunning state-of-the-art facilities.

Facilities include an outdoor vitality pool with countryside views, a glazed outdoor sauna, a Rhassoul mud room, seven treatment rooms, 10m indoor Hydro pool, salt sauna, gym, and an on-site café for guests to indulge in a spot of lunch.

Four of its Vegan spa treatments derive from world-renowned spa experts ESPA, while a further two are on offered from luxury skincare brand ila.

ESPA treatments include an inner beauty vegan facial; a holistic aromatherapy full body inner calm massage; a tailored hot stone massage; and a back, neck and shoulder massage.

The two ila treatments include a Kundalini back massage and a near 2-hour long ila Chakra wellbeing face and body ritual.

In addition to the Vegan treatments, a brand-new treatment of the season offer also runs from January through to March, offering an 85-minute ESPA back, face and scalp ‘Hero Treatment’ which uses targeted massage techniques and aromatherapy oils to restore and de-stress.

The spa is set in 10 acres of grounds near Leamington Spa, alongside the grand Lutyens style manor house hotel which offers 42 beautifully appointed bedrooms, a 3 AA Rosette restaurant, an events suite, alongside picturesque gardens.
